DIY ~ Mod Podge on a Wooden Letter
After pulling out the mod podge and working on the Love sign I got from the Dollar Tree for Valentine's Day, I had to make one more. This time I stopped at Hobby Lobby and picked up a letter "J" to cover in some pretty purple paper. I dug into my stash of paper flowers and found some that I do believe I had picked up from Hobby Lobby as well, sometime in the past.

Valentine Ribbon Garland
Just sharing a fun little project for Valentine's day. I am having fun decorating my hutch with the seasons and or holiday's. The winter decor will be coming down to make room for the Valentine's decor. I wanted a fun garland to put up, and went searching on Pinterest to get some ideas for a rag/ribbon garland.
I had a bunch of ribbon that I got from the Dollar Tree, and picked up a white lace ribbon from Michael's and had on hand some twine from the Target Dollar Spot
I used 10 rolls of ribbon (there is 11 in the photo, but didn't use one). Nine rolls are from the Dollar Tree and one from Michael's. The twine is from Target Dollar Spot. I cut 6"strips out of all the rolls.
Then tied the strips on the twine
And its all finished. Now to get the other decor ready to go on the hutch.
And here it is on my hutch with all of my Valentine decor.
Close up of the "Love" sign, this is from the Dollar Tree, I modpodged scrapbook paper with the word love all over it onto each letter and then cut out some red heart paper and adhered it to the back of the heart cutout on the "O".

Diy ~ necklace/bracelet holder
So I have ventured into youtube, and have my own channel set up, and have been uploading a few videos and have my first DIY up. I had a couple of these necklace holders already made, but they were too small, and cluttered looking, so I decided to make a bigger one, and did it in a video. (I am still trying to get used to seeing myself on camera... ugh) Anywho, hope you enjoy! And if you like, please subscribe to my youtube channel (trying to grow my fan base.... )
