Tasty Tuesday ~ Toasted Ravioli in the Air Fryer



We got a new air fryer a few weeks back, and have been having fun trying out new things. This one is right up the hubs alley for Italian goodies.

Toasted Ravioli

1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs 2 TBSP grated parmesan cheese 1 large egg 1/4 cup milk 1 (10 oz package fresh cheese ravioli (I used a frozen pkg of meat ravioli, thawed just a bit, worked great) Preheat air fryer to 400°.

In a large bowl whisk together bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.

In a medium bowl whisk together the egg and milk.

Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, shaking off excess, then press into the bread crumb mixture until well coated.

Spray fryer with cooking spray, place ravioli in basket, cooking 8 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time, until ravioli is brown and edges are crispy. Serve warm with your favorite pasta sauce.
