Ingredients
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
2 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp soda
1/2 c butter
1 c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
frosting
Powdered sugar and reserved pineapple juice.... use your digression for how much powdered sugar you would like to use.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 (I did mine at 350).
Mix butter, brown sugar and egg until fluffy.
Add in dry ingredients and vanilla and drained pineapples.
Drop by tsp, bake 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix powdered sugar and pineapple juice to drizzle over warm cookies.
