Weekend in Review

I have started a new meme, called Weekend in Review.  I had participated in one like this a while ago, but it has long since stopped.  I liked writing down what I had down over the weekend, whether it was filled with lots activity or just a lazy weekend, so I went ahead and started my own version of this meme.

Friday ~
Got the hubs off work, made sure Lici was doing ok, then headed off to get groceries. Had some time to kill before the nail salon opened up so worked in the craft room a bit and put together these plants to add some greenery in my house. Got my nails done, then home for then just chilled the rest of the day with the pup until John got home. Made dinner, and then hung out with the hubs.

Saturday ~
Made some donuts for my Tasty Tuesday video, they were oh so good! Went to the video stored to pick up some movies, as John and I were going to have a very lay Saturday, we watched: Skyscraper, Grand Daddy Daycare, Hunter Killer and Mill 22 (and I still have Mama Mia Here We Go Again to watch). That was it for Saturday.

Sunday ~
Church in the morning, then home to brace for the next round of storms. We had very high winds, so our ladies/mens meeting was cancelled for the night. So a Sunday afternoon nap was on the agenda, and oh how nice that was!! Worked on finishing up an afghan, and put in the next 3 rows of my year long temp afghan project. And that is a wrap on the weekend.
