Had a doctors appointment today for my elbow. I went in expecting them to say I was going to get a shot. Nope! Apparantly you can only have so many in a year, and it was only 4 months ago that I got my last one. I was instead informed that I would be going to physical therapy two times a week for the next 4 weeks. I am not to do anything with my arm, unless my palm is face up. Do you know how hard this is!?!?! Knitting is out of the question right now, and that has me really bummed as I was going to be starting some baby blankets.
If this physical therapy doesn't work, then I have to go back and get a referral to a hand surgeon. Yikes! Surgery ~ really? For something that I didn't have an apparent injury to. Only something that I have overworked! So, yeah, I am hoping that the physical therapy works! My first PT appointment is this Thursday. Not the way I want to spend my day off!

oh my.. I do hope the PT works. can't do anything with your arm unless your plam is up.. that has got to be getting old really quickly. blah.. hang in there.. and keep us posted.
