Therapy is draining
Going into my third week of therapy and I am exhausted. You wouldn't think sitting there getting a 20 minute hot pad, ultrasound, arm massage, a few exercises and the electric shock treatment would be tiring. But it is. I haven't had any energy in the last few weeks. Today, I have been sluggish with a "I just don't care attitude". I want to be able to exercise, so I can feel better about myself. I want the use of my arm back. Being January doesn't help. This is such a long, cold and dreary month and being injured is the pitts!

ReplyDeleteI am so looking forward to the weekend get away. I still have to ask my friend Betsy if she wants to go lol. I am actually looking forward to driving. Crazy I know.
