I was able to bring in the purple skein of yarn, and will probably be the color for the next few weeks, as the cold temps are here to stay for a bit. I don't mind.. not the temps, but that I can use purple... my favorite color.

Week 3 ~Temperature Afghan
OH my gosh... this weekend Winter decided to dump on us all at once! Yesterday brought the snow, 4 inches; and today the bitter cold temps... in the teens - temp for the afghan was at 15° that steadily dropped to at this exact moment its 1°. Brrr We will be dipping into the negative temps overnight that will linger to the midday on Monday. We have been seeing lots of school closures scroll across the bottom of the TV screen, due to the wind chill advisory for tomorrow.
