For Today... Jan 21st, 2019

The weather...Its -7° and the high for the day of 16° today..Ole Man Winter is here.... lots of snow and bitter cold temps! We are under a wind chill advisory for most of the day today.

As I look outside my window...its still dark out...but so very cold!

On the breakfast plate. . .banana caramel shake, water

On my bedside table... my alarm clock, Kindle, iPad and a journal

On my reading pile...

Movies or Shows I watched this weekend... Greenleaf - on Netflix, and Football

On my TV... Bachelor, Chicago Series : Med, Fire, PD, Resident, 911, Blue Bloods, New Amsterdam

On the menu for this week... Menu for the week:
Monday ~ sketti, garlic bread and a salad
Tuesday ~ Navajo Tacos (from Sandra's blog)
Wednesday ~ breakfast
Thursday ~ pizza
Friday ~ left overs
Saturday ~ out for dinner I think - didn't go last week
Sunday ~ quick bite, as I am off to a baby shower

In the craft basket...working on a temperature afghan, got the third week completed; whipped out this cute little sheep

Happening this week:
Monday ~ work, work out
Tuesday ~ work, work on Bible Study, work out
Wednesday ~ work, work on Bible Study
Thursday ~ work in craft room, work on Bible Study, clean house
Friday ~ groceries, errands, work out
Saturday ~ out for dinner (didn't go last weekend)
Sunday ~ church, baby shower, ladies meeting

Looking around the house... I see lots of clutter, not much got picked up this week...

From the camera... My planner layout for the week - Saturday I talked my youngest through a recipe he has wanted to try...he did a good job, and he was quite proud of himself.

What I'm wearing today... black shirt, black/white checked yoga pants

One of my simple pleasures... quiet afternoons and a warm mug of tea on a bitter cold day

A favorite Bible verse, devotion or quote for today...

On my prayer list... For family, friends and our country

In closing...Thank you for stopping by. I hope your week ahead is filled with lots of blessings!
