For Today... July 11th, 2016

Outside my window...Its still dark out. I am working today, so I am up earlier than normal.

I am thinking... that I wish I didn't agree to switch days for today. Oh well... let's crank out this 10 hour shift!

I am thankful... for the rain. We really need it.

One of my favorite things... listening to the rain.

I am wearing... a pink tshirt and yoga pants

I am creating... I am back to working on my hubby's afghan. I finished another afghan, that is my first Christmas gift for this year.

Up close and the border


I am reading (read) /watching (watched) / listening to... nothing at the moment

I am hoping... that the hubs gets this Friday off, so we can get his driver's license renewed then go have fun for the day.

In my kitchen... Menu for the week:
Monday ~ spaghetti/meatballs and garlic bread
Tuesday ~ burgers and potato salad
Wednesday ~ french toast, eggs and sausage
Thursday ~ pizza
Friday ~ fish, rice and corn
Saturday ~ out for the hub's bday
Sunday ~ not sure yet


In my garden... still nothing.... I am thinking that its not going to happen again this year

A few plans for the rest of the week:
Monday ~ work - and try to get some housework done in between calls
Tuesday ~ work
Wednesday ~ work
Thursday ~ mtg at work...at the actual building
Friday ~ groceries, secretary of state with the hubs, then off for a day of fun
Saturday ~ the hub's bday, so what ever he wants to do, and dinner
Sunday ~ church, then probably back home to relax
