Friday ~ Day off!! Went and got groceries, then home to get John to head to his eye doctor appointment. We then went and saw "Flight", good movie, but then when isn't a movie good when Denzel's in it!??!? The rest of the night was spent at home just relaxing.
Saturday ~ We left for destination unknown for our long weekend away! We were celebrating 22 years together a week early. We ended up in Williamston, MI at some antique shops, one of our favorite pastimes. Found some things for my crocheting, can't wait to get making more hats with these embellishments! Then it was off to Howell to do some shopping at the outlet mall, and visit another antique shop. This one was 30,000 sq foot, we just browsed a bit, as it was just about to close. Then off to Brighton to find some dinner and a place to stay. Outback it was for dinner, but then went back to Howell for the hotel, as none of the ones in Brighton were available! We got a room with a round bed and a jacuzzi in it. Fun!
Sunday ~ We went back to the antique shop in Howell to explore, more goodies were found. Then we headed to Lansing to another mega mall antique shop, 40,000 sq foot. Huge! We both found some things, then it was time to head home. We made it just in time for Fairy Tales and Zombies!!!
