Planning yard work

I am already planning on what I want to do in my yard for next Spring. I didn't do much in way of landscaping this year, and the yard looks horrible. I want it to look awesome, so it grabs that attention of a potential buyer!! I really want one of these outdoor garden fountains. I think it would look really nice in the back yard!



I have lots of ideas of what I want to do in the front, but just need the time and resources to get it all done! I want this next year to be the year we list and sell our house for the amount we want to get out of it! I am ready to move!
