Camera searching

I am beginning to get really frustrated with my camera, as its not taking a picture when I depress the button. I have no idea whats going on with it. So I am looking into new dslr cameras. I would like to find one that had video capability on it as well.

I want to be able to start taking pics, and possibly start a photography business. I see all of the pictures other moms are taking, and starting a business on facebook, and it have my green eyed monster flaring up big time! I just need to come up with a cool looking image tag to put on my pics when I do take them, and post them, so people can't snag them and print them off without making some sort of profit on them.
