I first had these at one of our Women's Ministry meetings, and had to have the recipe to make them. Mine had a little too much onion taste, so next time I am going to cut back on the onion. But other than that they were quite tasty!
Party Chicken Balls
2 chicken breast, cooked, shredded
1 small onion, minced
1 celery stalk, minced
1 small carrot, minced
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
4 TBSP bread crumbs
2 egg whites
Mix all ingredients together. Form into balls using. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
