Tasty Tuesday ~ Pulled Pork



Ingredients

2 1/2 - 5 pounds pork loin, fat trimmed
2 - 4 cups barbeque sauce
2-3 onions (I didn't use that many)
6-8 hamburg buns or hard rolls


Directions:

Place pork loin in crock pot, top with onion and barbeque sauce.

Cover and cook on low 7-9 hrs or high 4-5 hrs.

Remove pork and shred with fork. Add back into pot and coat with sauce.

Server with buns and enjoy!
