For Today... May 13th, 2019

The weather...Its 45° and the high for the day of 57° today....its going to be a chilly day


As I look outside my window...day is breaking... the blossoms on the tree are turning into leaves, so the scent given off isn't as bad right now


On my bedside table... my alarm clock, Kindle, iPad and a journal

On my reading pile... nothing at the moment...

Movies or Shows I watched this weekend... no movies this week

On my TV... Chicago Series : Med, Fire, PD, Resident, 911, Blue Bloods, New Amsterdam, American Idol

On the menu for this week... Menu for the week:
Monday ~ maybe out for dinner?
Tuesday ~ tacos
Wednesday ~ breakfast
Thursday ~ pizza
Friday ~ fish, rice, corn
Saturday ~ not sure yet
Sunday ~ church potluck

In the craft basket... working on a temperature afghan, got the seventeenth week completed. Still working on the other afghans and the cow afghan


Happening this week:
Monday ~ work, work on Bible Study and Sunday school homework
Tuesday ~ work, work on Bible Study and Sunday school homework
Wednesday ~ work, work on Bible Study and Sunday school homework
Thursday ~ craft day, errands, and Sunday school homework
Friday ~ groceries, housework, and Sunday school homework
Saturday ~ Laundry and not sure what else the day will hold
Sunday ~ church, potluck

Looking around the house... I see remnants of the hubs and the pup playing last night after I went to bed

From the camera... My Lici girl, and flowers from my oldest



What I'm wearing today... black leggings and a purple shirt

One of my simple pleasures... a quiet afternoon at home with my yarn and a hook

    What a lovely Mother's Day yu recieved... Sounds like you have a bit of studying to do this week.. I am glad that our Community Bible takes a break and our last meeting was last week... Can breathe a large sigh this week and beyond for some time! But for me I need to catch up on my daily Bible reading.. I didn't do any yet in the month of May oh, my Im behind!

    Oh my goodness it is still quite chilly up north! When does it start to warm up for you guys? I live in the south so we have already seen 80 a couple of times! If you don't mind me asking what Bible study are you doing? Your flowers form your oldest are beautiful! I hope you had a wonderful Mothers Day! Praying you have a great week!

      I know.. the chilly days need to leave... bring on the warm summery days! Ok, the Bible study, we are in the home stretch of "Girls with Swords" by Lisa Bevere‎... its taken us way to long to complete, but only meeting once a month, and then having some months we didn't meet... but alas, almost done. Its been a great study!! And the Sunday School study is a discipleship class that our Pastor has started this past Sunday.
