For Today... Feb 18th, 2019

The weather...Its 17° and the high for the day of 25° today...

As I look outside my window...its still dark... a fresh covering of snow fell yesterday afternoon

On my bedside table... my alarm clock, Kindle, iPad and a journal

On my reading pile... The Photo Album by Marlene Chase ...its taking me a long time to read this, just can't get into it, but I am determined to finish it.

Movies or Shows I watched this weekend... didn't watch any movies this weekend

On my TV... Bachelor, Chicago Series : Med, Fire, PD, Resident, 911, Blue Bloods, New Amsterdam

On the menu for this week... Menu for the week:
Monday ~ sketti, garlic bread, and a salad
Tuesday ~ fish, rice and corn
Wednesday ~ omelets, toast and oranges
Thursday ~ pizza
Friday ~ leftovers
Saturday ~ not sure yet
Sunday ~ not sure yet

In the craft basket...working on a temperature afghan, got the seventh week completed - another 3 rows of the teal; I started another granny ripple afghan using Caron Cakes in the Lilac Frosting colorway. I worked on remaking my Salvation bracelet and played around with some mod podge

Happening this week:
Monday ~ work, work out
Tuesday ~ work, work on Bible Study, work out
Wednesday ~ work, work on Bible Study
Thursday ~ take Lici to the vet, work in craft room, work on Bible Study, clean house

Looking around the house... its fairly clean, the boys were over yesterday to celebrate Chrisopher's birthday. I have some deep cleaning to do, this will happen on Thursday after I drop Lici off at the vet.

From the camera... My planner layout for the week.

What I'm wearing today... black long sleeve tshirt, purple leggings and a black sweater

One of my simple pleasures... spending time with my boys

A favorite Bible verse, devotion or quote for today...

On my prayer list... for my pup... she has to have minor surgery this Thursday, I am hoping all goes well and there are no complications with having to put her under

In closing...Thank you for stopping by. I hope your week ahead is filled with lots of blessings!

  8. Ohmygoodness, Jodi! Your temperature afghan is so pretty! The colors that you selected are much prettier than mine. I'm almost through January, but am stuck right now waiting on more yarn to arrive. Am anxious to get back to work on it. Have a blessed week ahead! <3
