Last week I bought a new Ninja blender to go with the cups my oldest got me for Christmas... he thought they would work with the blender I already had, but nope, they were a little to big. I looked for the size cups I needed but no one had them. So this blender was on sale so I went ahead and picked it.. thanks to have a little extra in my pay check I wasn't expecting! I am going to have fun trying out different smoothie recipes, as well as using it for my Herbalife shakes. With the bigger cups I can go back adding in a banana to these, as well as other fruit.
But back to the frozen hot chocolate. I love getting one of these treats from Biggby, and now can whip one up myself at home and save some moeny!!
Ingredients
1 cup milk, divided
1/4 cup instant nonfat dry milk
2 1/2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
2 TBSP agave nectar
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups ice
Directions
In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup milk with the instant powder milk, cocoa powder, agave nectar, and salt. Stir together with a whisk until ingredients have formed a slurry.
Place ice into the 24 ounce cup, followed by the slurry and last 1/2 cup milk.
Press the Auto IQ Blend.
After making the first round, I think the next time I will add a little more ice, but it was quite tasty!!

Well, this sounds amazing!
