Happy Homemaker Monday

Hey all....its been a while. Life has been busy and work has been kicking my butt lately. My precious, few minutes in between calls of where I would work on my blog post on Monday's have been few and far between. But recently my hours have changed, so I now have some time from when my husbands leaves for work on Monday's until when I have to clock in in which I can work on my post. So I am jumping back in to share a peek of my week with you all. I have missed blog hopping to each of yours each week! Happy Monday everyone!!

I am linking up with Diary of a Stay at Home Mom. Head on over to find some other great bloggers.

For Today... August 6th, 2018

The weather...Its 75° with a high of 85° today with lots of rain in the forecase.

As I look outside my window...its cloudy and its slightly drizzling out.

On the breakfast plate. . .not very healthy... a chocolate fudge poptart

On my bedside table... my alarm clock, Kindle, iPad and a journal

On my reading pile... nothing at the moment

Movies or Shows I watched this weekend... Finished up binging Call the Midwife on Netflix (now to find season 7 to catch up on before the new season starts on TV)

On my TV... Big Brother and Bacherlorette --- so ready for Fall TV to start back up!!!

On the menu for this week... Menu for the week:
Monday ~ sketti, garlic bread and a salad
Tuesday ~ pork chops, mashed taters, corn and rolls
Wednesday ~ breakfast
Thursday ~ pizza
Friday ~ leftovers
Saturday ~ ??
Sunday ~ ??

On my to do list... housework, working on craft projects

In the craft basket...working on cross stitch projects, a sunflower afghan - I am finally to the assembling part, stitching the first row together in this photo

Happening this week:
Monday ~ work, work out
Tuesday ~ work, work on Bible Study
Wednesday ~ work, work out, work on Bible Study
Thursday ~ work in craft room, work on Bible Study, clean house
Friday ~ groceries, errands, work out
Saturday ~ work out, not sure what else is going on
Sunday ~ church, ladies mtg/Bible Study

Looking around the house... Its looking pretty good.. the youngest staightened up last night before he went to bed in the wee hours.

From the camera... I have not touched my planner in a while either, so no planner pics.. but I do have a few to share of what's been going on the last couple of months. The first being a birthday/golf outing with my boys, hubs and father inlaw. Lici out for a drive with us in Trent's truck. And the last is a pic of the muffins I made a week or so ago... its was fun to be baking again, can't wait for more Fall baking!

What I'm wearing today... right now I am still in my pj's, but will be changing into a pair of shorts and a tank top soon

One of my simple pleasures... fellowshiping with my church family with ice cream floats after a worship service

A favorite Bible verse, devotion or quote for today...

On my prayer list... For my husband's shoulder, he has done something to it, and the pain is horrible at night, he can't find a comfortable spot, therefore not resulting in a good night's sleep. He is a very stubborn Italian and will not go have it checked out.

In closing...Thank you for stopping by. I hope your week ahead is filled with lots of blessings!
