For Today... August 20th, 2018
The weather...Its 74° with a high of 84° - its going to be a cloudy day, with rain later in the evening
As I look outside my window...its looking pretty gray out, makes me want to just curl up with a book and veg for the day
On the breakfast plate. . .I didn't have breakfast today and its getting close to lunch time... I may be making a run to pick something up
On my bedside table... my alarm clock, Kindle, iPad and a journal
On my reading pile... I have a book I got in one of my Loved and Blessed boxes that I plan on reading this week.... just don't remember the title....
Movies or Shows I watched this weekend... on Netflix I watched Extinction...it was ok. The Dissapointments Room (on netflix)....this was slow to start, and just ok...
On my TV... Big Brother and Fear the Walking Dead
On the menu for this week... Menu for the week:
Monday ~ sketti, garlic bread and a salad
Tuesday ~ out
Wednesday ~ breakfast
Thursday ~ pizza
Friday ~ out
Saturday ~ out
Sunday ~ polish dogs, beans and fruit
On my to do list... this week is all about nothing.... I am taking the week off from housework and craft projects.... its going to be a veg/chill week
In the craft basket...I finished the sunflower afghan for my niece, and then worked on a few projects for a customer, and fully finished off a cross stitch project. The first pic - the afghan, 2nd & 3rd are the projects for a customer, and the last is the cross stitch pic

Looking around the house... you can tell that the pup has been having a good time with Dad being home.... lots of dog toys all around, and a few of them that have started to come unstuffed....

What I'm wearing today... right now I am still in my pj's, I should go up and get dressed, but alas I am too comfy..lol

On my prayer list... Still for my husbands shoulder, I am hoping this week off from work will let him rest it up, but its not looking to good. I think a trip to the doctor is in his future, if I can get it into his thick Italian skull!

ReplyDeleteThe twist was interesting. I have wanted to go for years to Shipsy...but have always worked on Tues/Wed when the market was open... so this week it is! We have postponed to Wednesday as rain is the forecast for both my area and down there on Tuesday....no fun walking around in the rain while trying to browse the tables! Thanks for stopping by!
