The weather...Its 37° and rainy - the high is 48° today... this yo-yo effect of the temps is crazy!

On my to do list... housework
In the craft basket...I finished my purse... the lining didn't go as planned (a seamstress I am not), but I am pleased with how I did get the lining in. I just need to figure out the toggle part. I have a cross stitch project I want to start, a completed pocket letter, and still working on my afghan.

I really enjoyed reading your post today, Jodi, and thanks for the idea of pocket letters!!! I had never heard of them before, but that is right up my ally! Will be making pocket letters for my grandchildren for Valentine's Day! <3
ReplyDeleteThe pocket letters are a different way of doing a penpal letter...one of the back pockets you tuck in a letter and then just fill the other pockets up with little goodies.

Thanks! The pocket letters are a different kind of pen pal letter... you tuck in a letter in one of the back pockets and then fill the others with little goodies. I love sending them out to friends! Hope your week has been a good one!
