Breakfast ~ What is currently weighing you down? The stress of my job, with all of the changes that are being made, and the pressure they put on you is getting to be too much.
Lunch ~ What is currently giving you hope? That some debt is about to be paid off, then maybe the work situation can change.
Dinner ~ What is something you currently did that you wish you could do over? A situation in the past, I wish I would have handled it a bit differently, even though I still feel that another is at fault as well.
Midnight Snack ~ What is currently something that heals you either physically or emotionally? Besides chocolate... reading the word of God.
Recipe for the Week ~ (instead of your recipe for life, what is it just for the week?) If you feel like you need a nap, then by all means go take one.... your body is telling you that you need more rest..... yeah, yeah that's what I'm going to tell the hubs when he gets home and see that I didn't really do much today!
