Texas sheet cake

Was in a baking mood over the weekend. Make this Texas Sheet cake for our church potluck.

Texas Sheet Cake

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar

Mix flour and sugar, set aside.
1 stick butter
4 TBSP cocoa
1/2 cup crisco
1 cup water

Sauce pan combine butter, cocoa, crisco and water, bring to a boil. Mix in with the flour/sugar mixture. Add eggs, soda, milk. Mix well.
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter milk

Bake 400 degree for 12-15 mins. Cool.
Frosting.
1 stick butter
4 TBSP cocoa
6TBSP milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 pound powdered sugar

Mix in a sauce pan, bring to a boil, pour over cake while still warm.
