Its time

Its time for me to get back in the gym. I have slacked off long enough, and it is really showing. I am not liking the way I look right now. Its also time to start torturing one of the instructors there with requesting that one of the channels being switched over to Maury so we can hear the paternity testing at Paternity-Answers.com and his famous words "You are the father!" I won't be able to use my iPhone to listen to my music until I find an arm band that is the correct size, and this is a must find item!
