I haven't been back to the gym in a really long time. I feel blah and gross. Now that some of my extra activities have slowed down, I may be getting my butt back in the gym. I know its going to kick my butt, but its something that I need. I have even resorted back to looking at all of those diet aids. Wondering,
does hexaghen work?I should start back on my Herbalife, and watch what I eat. It has worked in the past, so I just need to quit doubting it. Also need to stop drinking pop. This is such a damn addicting habit that I just wish would go away! Also my candy bar and donut binging needs to stop as well.
