Summer is coming to a close, and I so need to get back to the gym or find some amazing diet pills! I have a great summer, but it sure wasn't nice to my waist line! All my hard work leading up to summer went down the drain! School starts back up next week, so I will be hitting the gym as soon as we drop the kids off.
I have been slowly trying to bring back all the healthy snacks, but all those sweets, donuts and treats are way too tempting! I guess its time to pull out my recipes to see if I can find the one for the homemade granola, as its much cheaper, and so much better than store bought.
Bring on the weights and a slimmer body!
