Another yummy recipe that John's aunt, these I have made and they taste just like the ones she makes, not unlike the raspberry dessert I tried last week.
Melt together:
1 stick butter
1 cup peanut butter
Add to above mixture:
6 cups mini marshmallows
6 cups Coco Pebbles cereal
Press into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Topping:
1 pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla and dash salt
After melting the chocolate chips mixture, immediately spread it on top of the cereal mixture. Refrigerate it but let it warm up to room temperature before cutting it into bars. (It was too hard to cut straight out of the refrigerator.)
