Baking and dieting

These words just don't go hand in hand. I love to bake, but yet I don't like the after math of those said baked goods. But what's a girl to do that loves to bake? On top of all this I have the saga of the every turning myinsurancelife.com. Never leave a decision of this up to men! Oy vey. The stress of not knowing what our insurance will be, and if we will have dental insurance, makes me want to snack on sweets. I have chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in the cupboarad that are just dieing to be made into cookies, or some sort of yummy treat. I will have some free time on my hands for the rest of the week, so I am thinking that some time in the kitchen will be a must.
