A new baby

My cousin had her baby today. I have yet to see pictures, but I know she is just beautiful. I need to see what's on sale for babies this week. I love shopping for baby items. I can only imagine how overboard I will be when it comes to when my boys have babies of their own. But I digress... that is a ways off, as I have told them not to make me a grandma before I am 50!

I am excited to meet Maddie, and see how her mama decorated her bedroom. I know that she went with a Lady Bug theme, that looked alot like this



I am still trying to figure out this lady bug knitting pattern! I am not one to give up easily on a project, but this one is kicking my butt. I will figure it out!

I need to look up some quick recipes to make a bunch of meals that are freezable to help out the new mom and dad, as they will be very sleep derpived once they come home from the hospital. I just wished I lived closer, so I could go help her out. I remember all to well those first few nights home from the hospital.

But for now I am planning out my shopping list!
