I didn't know how easy this could be! I always thought it would be real hard to do. So far my canning adventures have been strawberry jam (two years now), and salsa. My friend and I only made a small batch, as we had no idea how it would turn out. It turned out really good! I am tempted to go out and get a canner pan so I can make some more. I have one jar left. I have some coupons that I need to use up soon, just hoping to find some jars on
sale. I would like to try my hand at canning pickles (bread and butter and dill) and peaches next.
Along with this canner pan I need to get a new set of
pots and pans, as the ones I have have seen better days. I did get my money's worth out of them over the last 15 years.
I like the looks of these stainless steel ones.

I know what I need to put on my Christmas wish list. Now onto dropping hints so my hubby knows what to get me!
In the mean time I need to get working on my piles of yarn, as I have many orders that need to be filled. I have made a few hats, and more in the wings, then back to working on the towels and dish coths.
