What are some things you would want in a facility if you had to send a loved one in for drug treatments, like for a rapid opiate detox?

There would be several things I would look into first before sending them away.

1. The cost, which is a biggie. Yes they need help, but taking out a loan would be a huge risk in itself. Do they offer a payment plan?

2. Comfort for my loved one.

3. Doctors, how much schooling and or training do they have in drug detox.

4. Is it possible to have contact with the doctors about the on going treatment.

I hope I never have to be in the situation, but I want to be prepared if it does ever happen.
