Stuffed Chicken Breast

Someone posted this online, didn't have the exact measurements, so I am going to wing it. Hopefully they turn out. They sound yummy!

4 chicken breasts

1lb cream cheese

2tsp mango curry sauce

pepper, sage, basil, thyme

dried chopped onion

1c dry white wine

Preheat oven to 375

In a mixing bowl blend cream cheese, mango curry sauce, and spices until smooth.

Slice open the chicken breast and place 1/4 of the mixture in the opening. Repeat for each chicken breast.

Pour wine over the chicken breasts

Top chicken breasts with more pepper and spices

Cover with foil and cook for 40 min. Remove foil and cook another 20 min or until meat temperature reaches 165.
